Pure Hockey Says: The NEXUS 600 shin guards are a middle of the line shin guard within the NEXUS line. These shin guards have a great volume fit design which allow players to get a wider fitting pad to give that more classic fit that the NEXUS line is trying to accomplish. The strap system is adjustable where the straps can be placed in one of two positions on each of the top and bottom straps, or can be completely removed if desired. The calf wrap on the NEXUS 600 is made up with a combination of HD foam as well as a polyethylene plastic insert, to protect the back of the leg from those “accidental” hacks.
