The upgrades over the X:30`s and X:20s are that you get the Lightweight Vent Armor Foam protection via the forearm and bicep guard and extended bicep wing for further protection. On the mobility side, you also get a nice upgrade via the Free-Flex elbow cap, multi-segmented bicep and anchor strap. This is a great elbow pad for the money.
