I've been playing hockey for about 20 years and just recently got my first concussion. After an over priced trip to the Emergency Room I figured it was time to invest in a helmet that would protect my head a little better. I did my research and decided that the Cascade M11 was the right one for me. I called up Pure Hockey and the guys were helpful with my questions. This helmet is super lightweight and comfortable. I definietly recommend this helmet for anyone willing to invest in equipment that will really protect you as opposed to just something cheap. It's worth it.
