If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, have changed your mind or are experiencing issues with how your equipment or apparel fits, you may return the unused item to any Pure Hockey store or Pure Hockey's web fulfillment center for a full refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance or fit of any used item, return it with a receipt within 30 days for a full refund (this unfortunately does not include hockey sticks, hockey shafts, replacement stick blades, lacrosse heads, jocks and apparel). At Pure Hockey, your complete satisfaction is our total priority! In addition to providing you with the largest selection of hockey equipment anywhere at the best prices, we are committed to exceeding your service expectations every time you shop with us.
You have two options!
1. Click this link (or the graphic at the bottom of this page) to generate a UPS label to use to ship the product back to us. You may use the original packaging, but please be sure to repack the item(s) carefully to protect them during shipping. Once you have attached the UPS label to the package, just bring the package to any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box (if it will fit), or any other authorized UPS shipping facility - click here to find the one closest to you. Once the package arrives back to us, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Your refund will be deducted by $10 to cover the cost of the UPS shipping label. We will never charge you a restocking fee.
