Pure Hockey Shipping
We ship most orders via UPS Ground using the following shipping rates:
If your order is over $99, your shipping charge is $14.99
If your order is under $99, your shipping charge is $9.99
 
Oversize Shipping Charges: 
Some products are oversized, bulky or heavy and require extra shipping above the regular stated charges above. Examples of this are nets, balls & goals, pucks, goalie leg pads, large game tables and more. ANY oversize shipping charge you may incur is provided to you directly under the ADD TO CART button on our product pages – before you add it to your cart.
 
Next -Day or Two-Day Shipping:
Selecting Next Day or Two Day does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. The shipping time starts when your order is ready to be shipped. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Next Day or Two Day Shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery and UPS does not consider Saturday and Sunday to be business days. UPS pickup at our facility is Monday – Friday at 4:30pm. Any Next Day or Two Day packages that are placed after 2pm will not be processed until the next business day. We ship all of our orders from the Northeast part of the USA here in Massachusetts. Note: When you select Next Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
 
Tracking Information:
Most of the time, you can track your package info. Sometimes, to speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments.  When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.
 
No tracking information available:
If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us at customerservice@purehockey.com. If you receive your tracking number from us and the package is being shipped on the same day, the tracking number will not work until the end of the day when the package is picked up by UPS.  Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us about lost packages.
 
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and should leave our shipping facility within 48 hours.  We always try to have product in stock, however, sometimes due to high demand, we sell out and in other cases, manufacturers are either out of stock or have shipping delays. We will always provide you with the most accurate and up to date information regarding product availability. Most packages, with the exception of things like custom orders, ship directly from our Distribution Center, located in Massachusetts. Regular ground shipping takes from 3-7 business days depending on where you live. We offer upgraded shipping options for an additional charge.  Please factor in the 24 hour processing time and the fact that there is no UPS pickup or delivery on Saturday or Sunday when planning your expedited shipping.
 
 
Shipping Charges
Your shipping charges are calculated based on the following:
-- The delivery option you choose
-- The weight, size and dimensions of your items
-- Your location
 
You'll see your shipping cost listed on the Checkout page before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
 
Continental United States Orders:
-- Orders placed after 4pm will be processed and confirmed on the following business day.
-- Holidays and weekends are not business days. 
-- We observe all federal holidays.
-- Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed but will not leave our shipping facility until the following Monday
-- Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
-- Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped.  We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
-- Large & Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges. Specific oversized products and their associated shipping costs are listed below.
-- Orders are shipped via UPS.  A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
-- We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
--Bauer does not allow us to ship outside of the USA and does not allow the use of any type of 3rd party shipping process to circumvent that policy
 
International Orders:
Pure Hockey is able to ship internationally, however we cannot ship certain manufacturers product overseas. Manufacturers include, but are not limited to, Bauer, Easton and Reebok-CCM. Customers will be responsible for any potential customs, duties and taxes of home country on any international orders. Please note that the delivery company may require additional payments, which are comprised of things such as duties and/or customs brokerage fees (which are not part of shipping charges). We ask that you check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering so you can get a better sense of the costs involved. ?

What is our return policy?
At Pure Hockey, your complete satisfaction is our total priority! In addition to providing you with the largest selection of hockey equipment anywhere at the best prices, we are committed to exceeding your service expectations every time you shop with us.
 
Here is our unconditional guarantee:
-- If you are not 100% satisfied with any unused item, simply return it to us at any time for a refund of its purchase price (with receipt) or for a store credit.
-- If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance or fit of any used item, return it with a receipt within 30 days for a full refund (this unfortunately does not include sticks).
-- All defective merchandise is covered under manufacturer specific policies.
 
How do I return my product?
You have two options when returning a product:

2. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase to us:
-- Simply fill out the back of your shipping receipt with an explanation for the return.
-- Repack the item(s) carefully to protect them during shipping.
-- Attach the return label to the outside of the box.
-- Send your return to us at the following address:

-- Please add applicable postage. (For your own protection we suggest you return items via UPS or insured parcel post. Should items be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. Return postage is non-refundable). We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges.
 
Due to restrictions placed on us by suppliers, we cannot accept returns of the following items:
-- Broken composite sticks, composite shafts and composite blades
-- Pro stock sticks, pro stock shafts and pro stock blades
-- Gift Cards
 
If you've received the wrong product:
If you received the wrong product, we apologize. Please call customer service at 866-787-3462 and we will provide you with a UPS label for return shipping to our fulfillment center.
 
Exchanging Orders:
If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call customer service at 866-787-3462. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, follow the “how do I return my product” instructions above. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Distribution Center.
 
Can I return my order to a Pure Hockey Store?
