The QR1 is the product of countless hours of research and design by Warrior which have proved extremely successful. Warrior has managed to knock a whopping 25 grams off of their previous stick models, including a 35% lighter blade! This means a couple of things: great feel, and quick release. The QR1 features Warrior's Dagger T2 taper which works in accordance with a super low kick point to provide the shooter with an unbelievably quick release. The fact that Warrior has been able to drop so much weight is unreal because they have actually reinforced the stick to make it even more durable! They have implemented reinforced corners that allowed them to drop the weight while almost doubling the strength. All it is going to take is holding the QR1 in your hands to let you know this stick is the real deal!

Looking for a replacement for the CoffeyCurve
Since Sherwood has decided to stop making the Coffey Curve for its high end sticks I had to start shopping around. I asked the good people at the Rockville, MD store what was similar and he brought me a Warrior QR1 with a 71 Max Pacioretty curve.
In my mind the stick was not as light as the Rekar EK 15 but the curve and the stick action are ridiculous. It made a difference in my shot. A noticeable difference. If you can get one on sale I would suggest you do

We purchased this stick for our 15 year old son and it broke the 3rd time he used it. Warrior replaced it under their warranty policy and the replacement stick broke 3 weeks into using it. When I called Warrior about replacing the stick again, they told me the first replacement was a courtesy and they would not replace the second stick. This stick is garbage. Don't waste your money.
