There's a reason for the 3 different balls - each with a different weight.
First, you start with the MuscleBall to develop proper stickhandling patterns and a proper wrist roll. The heavy weight makes the player move slowly, thus enforcing the proper technique.
Then, you move to the SkillzBall to refine those patterns and further develop the techniques.
Finally, the SpeedBall is where the player can really master their moves and work on their quickness and this is where they develop those lightning quick hands.
