Rated 5 out of 5 by from Palm saver I've used one since about december. I've really become reliant on them. I get one with every stick. It really helps the grip of your hands on the stick, as your hand gets wet from the sweat, the grip gets "tackier." Its saved the palms on all of my gloves and give the stick a better feel. theres tons of different types, along with the kane one, no knob. the easiest way to use them is with extra hold hair spray. allows the grip to stick without using the tape for removal.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really heavy, good if weight doesn't matter The thing was pretty easy to get on, felt like it was going to last forever, it really was very sticky, but to heavy for me. After one skate with it i cut it off because i really didn't see the trade off because the grip wasn't anything worth the extra weight. The stick to the grip was a bigger change than from the grip to the knob. therefore it doesn't really stop you from letting go of the top.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible The grip would definitely help, if it actually went on the stick. I get it about halfway and then the adhesive becomes too sticky and the grip doesn't slide down all the way. Tried two different grips on an INTERMEDIATE stick and it doesn't work. Wasted 10 dollars, save your money and tape it. I normally do reviews and am pretty good at them, this is an awful product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase Ever! Get the right feel on all your sticks with the uniform size of the grip. This thing truly holds your glove and prevents slippage of the stick in hand while you're reaching out and poke checking. I've used one for about 6 months now and my glove palms show no signs of wear from the rubbing of abrasive cloth tape. Cheap insurance for your expensive gloves!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Grip For the people trying to put this on I had the guy at the Total Hockey store put it on for me when I bought my new stick. He did it no problem. I did notice he used water though so that probably helps sliding it on. It is really comfy on my hand and looks a lot neater on my stick then my bad looking tape job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are great! 1st saw one of theses after been given a stick by Patrick Kane. Figured they were good if he used them. Now I have become reliant on them and my son uses them on all of his sticks too. So much better than tape. Best $5 spent in hockey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than Tape This is a great grip. It doesnt tear up your gloves like tape does and they last longer than your stick will. Just the right amount of grip even when its wet.

will this fit a youth stick?

Asked by: Brad M
I believe the grip would be too loose on a youth stick.

Wrapped or Ribbed

Are these the wrapped texture (as seen in the pictures) or ribbed (as stated in the name and description)?
Asked by: leonzhu
The grip will be a hybrid with a ribbed feature.

How long is this grip?

Asked by: Anonymous
I don't know exactly how long, maybe 8 inches. But know this, if it is too long for you you can easily cut some off with scissors. It was longer than i wanted and heavier so i cut some off and it still worked as intended, and just as easy ( if not easier ) to install.
