Bauer Supreme 1S Griptac Hockey Stick

If you're looking to add more power to your developing game then look no further than the Supreme 1S. Wether you're looking for bombs from the point, or you post up to rip one timers from the half-boards the Supreme 1S will help ensure the puck gets there as hard as possible.

Maximum Power Kick

The Supreme 1S features a brand new taper shape that is designed to amplify the catapult effect of the stick for more power. This allows it to store and release energy more efficiently than ever before. The taper starts even lower on the stick and is better integrated into the stiff lower section of the shaft, resulting in a slightly higher kickpoint than its predecessor, the TotalOne MX3. These characteristics combine to create a stick that easily and efficiently loads energy for powerful slapshots and one-timers.

Power Sense Core 2

Returning from the MX3 stick is the highly popular Power Sense Core 2 Blade. Bauer was able to significantly reduce weight by eliminating excess glues and material when they fused the foam blade core to the outer TeXtreme Carbon Fiber.

This new blade is designed to be softer for better touch on shots and passes. The softer blade also allows the puck to be cradled longer on powerful slapshots, ensuring maximum energy is transferred from stick to puck. The AEROFOAM 3 in the heel of the blade provides great stability while keeping the stick light and well-balanced.

Supreme 1S Tactile Grip

The underside of the Supreme 1S has raised structures that take their beloved Tac-Spiral to the next level by enhancing grip without restricting slide motion. Bauer adjusted the height of the ribs and the space between to create a more natural feel.

Other Key Feature

Bauer's Supreme Power Shaft is designed to work in coordination with the Maximum Power Kick to minimize deflection on shots, keeping them accurate and reducing energy lost. It also features squared corners to maximize the player’s control of the stick when shooting.

Monocomp Technology is Bauer's construction process that creates true, one-piece sticks that are light, balanced and durable by eliminating overlapping layers of composite, resin and foam.

TeXtreme Carbon Fiber is used exclusively by Bauer in the hockey world. The material is 20 percent lighter than traditional CF while remaining extremely strong.

eLASTech Resin helps to slow the spreading of micro-fractures to extend the pop-life of the stick, keeping it feeling and performing newer for longer

Pure Shot Blade Profile is an expanded throat connection between the blade and hosel, reducing the amount of blade deflection on shots to maximize accuracy.

GripTac Coatingis clear tacky grip coating that helps prevent the shaft from rotating in your hand as you shoot or pass, resulting in a more accurate and cleaner release.

2017 Bauer Blade Pattern Chart

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I have always been a fan of the Bauer Supreme line and starting buying when they first came out with the One95 and then moved to the Total One and so on up until the 1s. I have purchased five of these sticks in the last few years and love them. They have a great feel to them on the ice. I take slapshots and snap shots primarily and I love the mid flex point. It’s by far the lightest stick I’ve ever owned and I have tried a lot of different brands. Also very pleased with Pure Hockey, it was my first purchase from them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hope we just got a bad one? Two weeks to the day and my 14 year old has already broken his new 1S. He has been using the same flex and curve on Bauer senior sticks for almost two years. This is the first time he has ever broken a stick from shooting. Hopefully this was just a one time thing not systematic of a poor design. Too soon to tell. Now we have to send it back in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't last! This stick does not last. My 15 yr old has always played with Bauer sticks. His first 1S lasted 9 days. We warrantied it. The replacement 1S last 10 min into the first period of the first game played with it. Our team has gone thru several. They are all snapping in the middle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke 6 already We have gone thru 6 this season already and most after the 30 day warranty period, but a few within. Not sure Why? We have been playing with Bauer for years and never broke more than 1 or 2 per season. We are only half way in and already broke 6. Unacceptable

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fastest Stick I ever broke I used this stick a total of 4 times, and it split in half when a puck hit the shaft. I have had the same thing happen with many other sticks and other than a paint chip nothing. This stick shattered where the puck hit. It'd be a great stick if it lasted.

Is this stick durable? Also does this stick have a stiff blade that won't start to bend overtime?

Asked by: Blues9192
Stick won't last long enough for the blade to bend.  Stick is not durable.

How tall are the sticks? Still waiting for Bauer to match the size of the Ribcore once you move into a higher flex.

Asked by: BigMatt
This stick will be approximately 60" in length.
