While the Supreme line most often has an anatomical design, Bauer modeled the 2S pant after the Nexus N9000, giving players the Supreme look with a classic fit for ultimate coverage. This design is complemented by a pro level 8400 Nylon shell to offer a lightweight and durable construction.
The 2S pants include many features to keep you protected on the ice, like the independent spine with HD foam insert, offering good protection in this key area. Bauer also includes molded protection with poly insert in the kidney; a one-piece thigh guard with stretchable leg gusset and zipper opening; and a one-piece full volume hip guard. These features combine to offer quality protection in all they key areas of the pants.
Inside the 2S pants, Bauer includes their Thermo Max+ liner. This technology includes moisture-wicking companies to keep you cool and dry during play, while also helping the pants to dry out faster in between skates so you can be comfortable every time you hit the ice. The liner also includes IX Foam protection in the tail pad for added impact resistance and energy dispersion.
Another high-end feature in the 2S model is the 1-inch extension for improved adjustability. This zippered extension allows you to personalize the pant by adding 1-inch of length based on your fit needs and personal preference. Also included for adjustability is the MD foam cover with dual cinch belt to help keep the pants locked in place for an improved feel while skating.
