The Supreme 2S Pro pants use an anatomical design, providing a natural, close-to-the-body fit for maximum power with every movement. Bauer enhances this fit with their Active Motion Protection, or AMP, technology. The 2S Pro construction also consists of a pro level 8400 Nylon shell for added durability and a lightweight feel.
For protection, the Supreme 2S Pro includes an independent spine guard with Curv composite material. Curv composite, a trusted staple in high-level Bauer equipment, helps to reduce the overall weight of the pants while also providing elite protection in this key area. In other impact areas, Bauer utilizes HD foams for added protection. The kidney protection is molded with HD foam; the hip is segmented with a lightweight foam package; and the thigh guard features the Hyperlite HD foam with a stretchable leg gusset and zipper opening for a comfortable feel and some personalization.
Inside the 2S Pro pants, Bauer includes their Thermo Core liner with Poron XRD in the tail pad. The liner provides excellent comfort and moisture-wicking properties to ensure the pants stay light during play. This technology also helps to stop the growth of odor-causing bacteria so the pants stay clean and ready-to-use every time you hit the ice. And with the addition of the Poron XRD in the tailpad, Bauer provides you with an extra layer of protection for increased impact and energy absorption.
