CCM Ultra Tacks Grip Hockey Stick

CCM built off of the success of the Tacks stick, keeping some of the key features from the original Tacks as well as adding features that \make the CCM Ultra Tacks Grip Hockey Stick even better! CCM features the same T geometry shaft that they used in the past, but they have introduced their new Bumper Technology on the Ultra Tacks Hockey Sticks. This Bumper Technology refers to the reinforced, molded corners of the shaft that are engineered to increase the durability without adding any unnecessary weight. Also utilized is CCM's AttackFrame blade design. This blade design maximizes blade stiffness which, in-turn, means minimal torsional flex, and maximized accuracy! Finally, if you are curious about the kickpoint of the stick, the Ultra Tacks features the same mid-kick that made the Tacks so effective for every shot from a quick snap shot to a heavy clapper!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I'm amazed at how awesome this stick is light as a feather! You now where the puck is on your blade and I personally had amazing control and this sticks performance is just as good as a $250-$300 stick so if you want performance, quality, a great feel of the puck, a lightweight stick and a stick that isn't to pricey get this stick right now before it's out of stock

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Stick, But the blade chips easily. I had this stick this season and loved it. The toe of the stick chips and is cracked down the blade. Other than that the ultra tacks is exemplary. The stick has great flex also and will not brake.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from heel wears out way to quickly Heel has completely worn out after one month (probably 8-10 practices) 13 year old kid using stick- should not happen.

Asked by: matt19
The McDavid pattern will be a larger curve, and more of a mid/toe curve than the P29.

What if I'm a shooter that wants power and accuracy? Ultra tacks or speed burner?

Asked by: Monopoly
There is really no wrong answer, both are high quality sticks. The Ultra Tacks would have the higher kick point so it will be more powerful.

What's the closest curve to P92? I think it's Crosby curve, but what type of curve is the Galencyuk? Can you guys please post a curve chart.

Asked by: Rosomafia
The Crosby curve is the most similar. If you used the p-92 I recommend sticking to the Crosby curve.
