Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good cheap way to extend your stick This is perfect butt end if you only need to add a couple inches. It fits in perfect with most sticks. It also is a lot cheaper than the composite ones and serves the same purpose if its a short amount added.

Does this fit youth sticks? And how much does it weigh?

This would not fit a youth stick. This plug will only work for junior sticks.

how do i install it

first you have to buy glue then you heat the glue stick up and you put the glue on it then you stick it in the top end of the stick and put it somewhere cold for like 5 mins and your done that is how you install it

Would this fit an intermediate stick shaft?

I got a mako but its too small so I bought a señor plug for my intermediate stick should it fit?

Yes it should fit it. It may require a little bit of shaving on the end plug, but you should be in good shape.

Is the wood pug significantly add weight or hinder puck feel ?

The end plug weighs approximately 1.5 ounces so it will not add a whole lot of weight. It should not hinder any puck feel once securely placed in the shaft.
