Our league has these 2 sets, a question I have is, does the goalie HAVE to wear the shin guards for proper protection with these pads? We have dedicated goalies during practice and I'd like to avoid the shin guard step if safe to do so. Thanks .

This is a decision that should be made by the player and coach. It is recommended that a pair of youth shin guards be worn underneath the pads, but it is personal preference if the coach and player feel comfortable without those. Thanks!

What does 2 sets mean?  Is there enough gear for 2 goalies in a game?

Asked by: deeconnors
Thats right! You will get two sets of the items you see pictured here and detailed in the product description. Thanks!
