Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes your bucks go bang Pros: look good & feel comfortable. Cons: soft wheels wear quickly on pavement & laces seem cheap. With ice rinks closed due to the global bummer, I needed a way to keep the power in my legs. The price range out there is as wide as Gordie Howe's tooth gap. I bought near the low end of the price range because 1) I'm a skateboarder so I wasn't sure how much I'd use them and 2) my parents always bought me cheap stuff, which tended to work perfectly fine. Low & behold, my logic got me exactly what I wanted and without breaking the bank. They look good and they're comfortable. I've used them at least once everyday for the last month. I do have two complaints, but they're minor: 1) the wheels are soft because they're made for indoor courts, so they're wearing away quickly. After two days of use and about five or ten miles, the back wheel on each skate was significantly worn. Since then, the wheels don't seem to have worn much further. But, when I bought the skates, I planned on buying harder wheels anyways if I ended up liking the skates. 2) The laces seem cheap. I feel like they won't last the summer. Today when I was unlacing, I saw dust, like they are slowly disintegrating. Easy fix. Might get some waxed ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great skate for the money! Bought these a few weeks ago. Extremely comfortable right out of the box and even better after heat molding. Love the look, the feel, etc. Probably the best skate out there at that price point. Highly recommend!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can’t beat this skate for the price —Great Quality Great skate for the price - comes with indoor wheels and cheap laces - changed them and all was good - had them baked for free at pure hockey for a nice snug fit. Only reason I did not give 5 stars , after one use material by top eyelet peeled a little but I believe that was because I don’t tie to the top and my shin pad was rubbing during play- check out name brand skates they are just not made as well as these - your paying for name if you buy those.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Boot, Get New Wheels In comparison to the Bauer ones this appear to be a good alternative to some larger kids/men. The wheels are crazy soft and will need to be replaced ASAP. We were looking for a durable skate that would hold up for skating while the rinks were closed. With new wheels, this boot will hold up just fine even with a lot of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable skate I've ever owned Got these for Christmas to play roller hockey again due to ice rinks being shut down. These are by far the most comfortable skates I've ever owned, roller or ice. Right out of the box, never have had any pain or blisters. These perform well, I have played about 15 games in them so far and they're holding up just fine.

I have a pair of Tour Volt KV4 and I was trying to take the screw out to change the wheel. The screw got stripped and won't come out now. Where or what do I go to get more?

Asked by: VannH
You may need to drill out that bolt so you can get it off your skate. You could then purchase replacement hardware. I may also suggest heading to a local Pure Hockey so we can help. Thanks!

If I wear a 10.5 shoe the sizing chart says I should be a 9.5, but would a 9 be too small or should I go with a 10?

Asked by: RevJ
Inline skates have the same fit as hockey skates, you want to go down a size in a half from your show size for men and two-three sizes down for women.
