The 5X glove is built with 20mm EPP foams and plastic inserts, the Catalyst 5X shares the exact same elite-level protection package as the 9X. True made strategic shapes and thicknesses to the foams in order to improve hand mobility and impact protection. The two-piece thumb was also re-designed with high-quality plastic to give players the very best protection.
Another great feature is the flex cuff, a five-piece design that is attached to the body with a stretch lycra material. This gives players a wide range of motion for stickhandling, shooting, and passing without leaving a sacrificing any protection.
