I am looking for 7 inch shin/knee pads for my 4 year old. Any suggestions, I can’t seem to find any.

Sorry to say but I don't have any size 7's at this point in time. If any become available we will update the site and make them an option for you to choose. They are hard to come by and I don't see many vendors offering a 7. Thanks!
