The Warrior Alpha QX hockey stick offers pro-level performance and innovation for players who are looking for an explosive, low kick-point model. The entire Alpha line has been revamped with new technologies, with the Alpha QX model leading the way.

  • Quick Strike technology for for an explosive release
  • Sabre Taper for excellent stability and accuracy
  • True 1 Phantom Feel for improved balance and response
  • Ergo shaft shape for increased comfort and feel
  • Minimus Carbon 1000 for enhanced construction
  • Protex grip texture for optimal control

Warrior’s Quick Strike technology revolutionizes the Alpha line. This new feature provides effortless loading with a low kick-point that extends from your bottom hand through the lower shaft and hosel, resulting in an explosive, accurate release. Whether you’re firing off a slap-shot from the point or a quick snapshot from below the dots, you can expect to generate both power and precision with the Alpha QX.

To complement the Quick Strike technology, Warrior has implemented their Sabre Taper design for the Alpha QX. This unique shaft taper creates a torsionally stiff extended mid-low flex arc, resulting in a more stable blade. The reengineered sleek shaft and hosel design engages flex easily and releases quickly. With these performance benefits, you can expect the torsional stiffness to remain during loading and release, controlling the rapid recoil and improving your shot accuracy.

The Alpha QX features Warrior’s True 1 Phantom Feel, their lightest and strongest 1-piece stick ever. This technology improves balance and responsiveness which enhances feel and puck control. Your puck handling will also get a boost from the Ergo shaft shape, a contoured design that fits comfortably and securely in your hands. With these two high-end technologies, you’ll get the feel and control you’re looking for from a top-end stick.

The entire construction of the Alpha QX is enhanced with Warrior’s Minimus Carbon 100 material. This high-strength carbon-composite weave design gives you a lightweight feel without sacrificing durability, as well as improved responsiveness with every shot you take. And the outside of the shaft uses the Protex grip, featuring textured corners coupled with a tacky soft grip finish to give you that locked in feel for optimum control.

Warrior’s Alpha line is designed to take your shot to the next level. With a lightweight feel, added durability, and enhanced performance benefits, the Alpha QX proves to be an elite-level stick that offers all of the technology desired in a top-of-the-line model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The future of stick technology The Alpha QX stick represents the latest technological innovation from Warrior. This stick builds on the success of its predecessors and adds some key new features that will help you take control of your game. The Alpha QX is extremely lightweight and feels even more so due to the perfect balance of True 1 construction and Phantom Feel. The stick features an Ergo shaft where the palm pads and knuckles of your fingers rest on either side of the shaft. This improves connection with the stick and overall puck feel. Finally the Quick Strike dynamic kick zone changes the point of attack based on the placement of your bottom hand. The result is more pop and better accuracy in All situations. I highly recommend this awesome stick!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unparalleled Feel, Release And Accuracy. The Warrior Alpha QX is one of the most lightweight sticks I have ever picked up and the balance is unmatched. It gives me the confidence to just get on the ice and play. I never have to worry about how it feels in my hands. Which leads me to the ergonomic shaft shape that allows your hands to grip it correctly. This paired with the True 1 Phantom Feel gives you the most responsive stick. These are all great features but best are the quick release and accuracy. I now have a better ability to get shots off quick and on net with the Warrior Alpha QX.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great feel, quick release, low kick point I was looking for a stick with a low kick point and this one delivered. As I ease into the "beer league bender" phase of my "hockey career" and the scouts aren't showing up as often (joke) I'm becoming less and more less interested in spending $200+ on a stick, but this was worth the splurge. I'm a big(ger) guy at 6'3" 235 lbs but with a nagging wrist injury I like a 85 flex. With that flex and my height, I often end up with a stick that feels like a wet noodle when you fight for the puck. I figured with a low kick point the main shaft of the stick would be stiffer and give that solid "lumber" to lay on someone in the corner, but still have some whip for your shot. That's exactly what I got. My only complaint is that 60" is pretty short for a stock length stick. It's short for me without cutting it down and a little shorter than some of the other sticks I've bought.
