The Warrior Alpha QX Grip hockey stick offers pro-level performance and innovation for players who are looking for an explosive, low kick-point model. The entire Alpha line has been revamped with new technologies, with the Alpha QX model leading the way.

  • Quick Strike technology for an explosive release
  • Sabre Taper for excellent stability and accuracy
  • True 1 Phantom Feel for improved balance and response
  • Ergo shaft shape for increased comfort and feel
  • Minimus Carbon 1000 for enhanced construction
  • Protex grip texture for optimal control

Warrior’s Quick Strike technology revolutionizes the Alpha line. This new feature provides effortless loading with a low kick-point that extends from your bottom hand through the lower shaft and hosel, resulting in an explosive, accurate release. Whether you’re firing off a slap-shot from the point or a quick snapshot from below the dots, you can expect to generate both power and precision with the Alpha QX.

To complement the Quick Strike technology, Warrior has implemented their Sabre Taper design for the Alpha QX. This unique shaft taper creates a torsionally stiff extended mid-low flex arc, resulting in a more stable blade. The reengineered sleek shaft and hosel design engages flex easily and releases quickly. With these performance benefits, you can expect the torsional stiffness to remain during loading and release, controlling the rapid recoil and improving your shot accuracy.

The Alpha QX features Warrior’s True 1 Phantom Feel, their lightest and strongest 1-piece stick ever. This technology improves balance and responsiveness which enhances feel and puck control. Your puck handling will also get a boost from the Ergo shaft shape, a contoured design that fits comfortably and securely in your hands. With these two high-end technologies, you’ll get the feel and control you’re looking for from a top-end stick.

The entire construction of the Alpha QX is enhanced with Warrior’s Minimus Carbon 100 material. This high-strength carbon-composite weave design gives you a lightweight feel without sacrificing durability, as well as improved responsiveness with every shot you take. And the outside of the shaft uses the Protex grip, featuring textured corners coupled with a tacky soft grip finish to give you that locked in feel for optimum control.

Warrior’s Alpha line is designed to take your shot to the next level. With a lightweight feel, added durability, and enhanced performance benefits, the Alpha QX proves to be an elite-level stick that offers all of the technology desired in a top-of-the-line model.

2017 Warrior Blade Pattern Chart

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE Loved the stick for the first 45 days... then the blade cracked through and broke from VERY NORMAL USE, and of course it was just outside of the warranty. Go for something that's durable until Warrior fixes this - very disappointing for a very expensive stick!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stick Got this for my son, he's going in to his 2nd season of youth hockey. I noticed the difference right away, the accuracy and power of his shot was greatly improved. The stick is very light, and feels great in the hands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good!!! The blade on this stick crumbled in about 45 days ...no longer in warranty, but for $270 it should last longer than that! Cracks throughout the blade. Find another option to waste your money on

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great feel I really enjoyed using this stick. It had great puck feel and gave a great consistent shot. I just recently broke it in the blade and am quite sad considering the great performance I got out of the stick. This stick has not lasted as long as other sticks I've had in the past which is disappointing, but if money and long-time durability are not factors I would buy the stick.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent high end stick Transitioning to this stick from a Bauer Vapor that I had for several years. This stick was on sale and about $140 less than a new Vapor. Additionally, the Z88 curve is pretty similar to the P9/P88 from Bauer, so I decided to try it out. Overall, I would say it is a decent stick. It is light and with the Lie at 5, it is closer to the old Bauer Vapor than the 6 I currently have with my Bauer Nexus. I actually think shot power is weaker and the release slower than with either Bauer Vapor/Nexus. At times the feel of the stick is "heavy or sticky". For the price I paid, I think it is a good deal. For the full price, I would have probably picked a different twig, especially with the feedback on quality here. I have had 2 other warrior sticks in the past and they both broke within 6 months. Fingers crossed it does not happen here.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great release point on all shots Great pop , super easy to load , and shots take off like rockets. Shaft dimensions are really really small , feels like junior stick in your hand. And the grip version is not really that grippy. I prefer the shaft of the QX pro. If you don’t mind the smaller shaft dimensions go with QX

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing stick and service! Let me start by saying this is my first pro stock stick, previously I was playing with a Bauer supreme stick, which was fine but the features I see off the alpha QX are leaps and bounds better! I feel most benefit off my quick shots from snap shots, wrist shots, and quick one timers. Accuracy has improved dramatically, and the puck just flys off the blade! It is a low kick stick so at 100 flex, it feels a lot flexiar than my supreme at 102 flex. It’s got great puck feel, feels incredibly light and balanced in your hands. The saber taper shape feels nice, and the dog bone design (while not as prominent as the ccm trigger2) adds comfort and control. All and all, I’d recommend this stick to any forward position player, I absolutely love it. At its price range, it is fair and in fact I consider a great value for all the technology it comes with. As for pure hockey, I must say absolutely lightning fast shipping, and living in Hawaii the cost is fair so thank you so much! I will continue to buy with ya’ll that’s for sure!

is the w88 pattern closest to CCM p46( Bergeron)? also, which Easton curve is most similar to CCM p46?

Asked by: joey12345
The W14 is closest to the CCM Bergeron curve. Easton does not have an exact similar curve to the Bergeron, but I would say the E28 would be the most similar.
