The Warrior Alpha QX Pro hockey stick is a high-level option for any player who is looking for a stick that provides effortless loading and an explosive, accurate release. With many top technologies, this model provides terrific value.

  • Quick Strike for an explosive release
  • Sabre Taper for improved accuracy
  • True 1 Phantom for a strong one-piece design
  • Minimus Carbon 800 for enhanced construction
  • Ergo shaft shape for excellent puck control and feel
  • Pro Grip for optimum hand control

The Alpha QX Pro model includes Warrior’s top-of-the-line Quick Strike technology, offering effortless loading that engages Warrior’s most responsive blade, resulting in an explosive and accurate release with each shot you take. The Quick Strike flex zone uses a low kick-point that extends from your bottom hand through the lower shaft and hosel, offering a release that is both precise and powerful.

Warrior combines Quick Strike with another top technology, the Sabre Taper, in the QX Pro. This unique taper design creates a torsionally stiff extended mid-low flex arc, resulting in a more stable blade. The reengineered sleek shaft and hosel design, when combines with Quick Strike, produces a torsionally stiff stick during loading and release, providing even more precision and power.

The Alpha QX Pro is a true one-piece stick, popular among many of the top sticks on the market today, thanks to Warrior’s True 1 Phantom feel technology. This lightweight and strong construction provides improved balance and responsiveness that helps to enhance feel and puck control. The construction is also enhanced by Warrior’s Minimus Carbon 800 material, an 800 grade, high-strength, lightweight flat carbon-composite weave design that improves the entirety of the stick’s construction and adds extra value to each technological feature found throughout the stick.

This stick construction is further complemented by the Ergo shaft shape. Warrior uses this ergonomic contour shape to fit comfortably and securely in your hands which also helps to enhance puck control while giving you a better feel for deking, passing, and shooting. And for even more control through the hands, Warrior uses their Pro grip technology, providing a tacky soft grip feel that locks your hands in place when you’re receiving tough passes or handling the puck up the ice.

At a lower price point than Warrior’s top Alpha model, the QX Pro still features top-of-the-line technologies found throughout the stick. And with Warrior’s commitment to revamping the Alpha line in order to take your shot to the next level, The QX Pro offers all the performance benefits you’re looking for.

2017 Warrior Blade Pattern Chart

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great while it lasted I bought this stick 2 months ago and absolutely loved it! I play mens league 1-2 times a week and it was a perfect fit for me. I am not a clapper shooter but I love a one timer and have had lots of sticks hold up for 6 months to a year usually breaking at the lower shaft. This one however broke at the blade after blocking a medium speed pass with the blade last night. Seems like the more these things cost the less durable they become. I would absolutely recommend the stick for performance, passes were well controlled, the flex felt great, and shots were powerful and smooth. I would not recommend the stick for durability. If you are a heavy shooter or play more regularly then it may not be a good fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top end stick I received this stick as a Christmas gift, and it met every expectation I had, and exceeded even more. I ordered a Pacioretty curve 75 flex. The Sabre Taper really takes this sticks pop to an elite level. It creates Mid-Low torsion arc, which in turn increases energy transfer to the blade greatly. (As compared to a Mid Kick Point on most Bauer, CCM, and others.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GReat stick for taller players I am 6ft tall and been playing hockey for a year now and this stick is slightly longer than others I have used. With the W88 blade and 85 flex, I can snap wrist shots extremely quickly and connect consistently on slap shots. I have been playing hard with this stick for 3 months, playing 4 nights a week and it’s holding up well. I just ordered 3 more for back stock as it’s that good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Stick Poor Quality Stick. I purchased the Alpha QX Pro Grip from my local Pure Hockey store on March 1st 2018. This was my first time testing a Warrior stick and wound up breaking it during its 11th use. I only play low to mid-level mens league, so no contact, heavy shots or extreme use, but broke this stick on a slap shot during the first period of my 11th game with it. I did not use this stick at any other time, truly only 11 games/times. Due to purchasing the stick at the end of the season, and having a month gap between seasons, I was outside the company’s 30-day warranty. I attempted to work with the Warrior customer care team, however they were unwilling to make any exceptions to their policy. I have never broken a stick that quickly and couldn’t imagine using this in a competitive environment. Although I did like this stick while it lasted, I do not recommend purchasing this stick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this stick This is the first time going with a lighter flex of 77 where I usually use a 102 with a 5" plug. I wanted to try skating more with my knees bent as I am 6'5". Wow what a difference. This stick has a good feel and a quick shot. First time using Warrior and I can feel the puck better. Buying the same stick for a backup

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent service I bought a stick at the Pure Hockey store in Buffalo NY and live in Oregon. Since it would be difficult to travel with, the folks at the store simply shipped it for me! It was waiting for me when I arrived hole from my trip and I didn’t have to go through any extra effort past writing down my address. Thanks for the great and easy service!
