Has my order shipped?

Click on "My Account" at the top of any page on the websites, login if necessary and click on your order number. If your status at the top shows “complete” or “partially shipped,” your order has entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily mean your package has left the warehouse. Please click on the UPS tracking number hyperlink under "Shipping & Payment History" to see where your item is.

When will my order ship?

Our intention is to ship any order received by 2:00 pm (EST) the same day. Certain items may take longer, but the vast majority of orders ship within 24-48 hours. While we always try to have product in stock, however, sometimes due to high demand, we sell out and in other cases, manufacturers are either out of stock or have shipping delays. We will always provide you with the most accurate and up to date information regarding product availability. Packages ship directly from either our central distribution center in Holliston, MA or from any one of our store locations. Regular ground shipping takes from 3-7 business days. We offer upgraded shipping options for an additional charge.

When will my backorder ship?

If we do not have the item you want in stock or you would like us to custom order an item for you, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date when we confirm your order.

How do I make changes to my order?

Once we receive your order (and it has been verified), it is transmitted to our Distribution Center for immediate shipping. If you need to change your order, contact customer service at 866.787.3462 or via email at customerservice@purehockey.com.

How do I access My Account?

To access your account: Click on "Account" or "Sign In" at the top of any of our web pages and click on "View Orders". Note: you may be required to enter login information if you are not already logged in.

To create an account: Click on "Sign In" at the top of our websites and select "Create Your Account". Enter your information into the required boxes and click submit. Welcome!

How do I edit my account information?

Click on "Account" or "Sign In" at the top of any page on the site and then select "Account Settings" from the drop down list. Under the "Settings" header you can update all of your contact information

I forgot my password.

On the sign in page, click the "Forgot Password" button. Enter your email address and follow further instructions to have your password emailed to you. If you don't know the email address associated with your account, please call Customer Service at 866.787.3462.
