Check Your Order Status Now

You can always check your order status on-line by going to My Account and clicking on "View Order."

We Keep You Updated via E-mail

You will receive a series of e-mails after your order is placed.

  1. The first e-mail indicates that your order has been received. This assures you that we are aware you have placed an order and that the order is in the processing queue.
  2. The second e-mail indicates that your order has been processed. This tells you that we have matched up merchandise with your order or, in the unusual case that there is going to be a delay because we are awaiting merchandise from the manufacturer, that the merchandise is back-ordered and when we anticipate availability to ship.
  3. Finally, you will receive a third e-mail confirming that your order has shipped. This e-mail contains a link that will take you directly to the carrier's website for the purpose of tracking your shipment.

Need a Refresher on Your Order History?

Can't remember what stick or skate size you bought for your cousin last year? No problem -- that will be in the "My Account" section. You can view your entire order history in your "My Account" section any time, any place. Just in case you forget, we've got you covered!

Need a New Copy of a Receipt you Misplaced so You Can Return a Product Under Warranty?
