OFFICIAL RULES

No Purchase is necessary to enter or to win this contest (the “Promotion”). Making a purchase at any business owned by or affiliated with TSG Enterprises, LLC (“TSG” or “Sponsor”) will not have any impact on your chances of winning.

Contest begins on June 21, 2018 at 12AM EST, and ends on July 08, 2018 at 11:59PM. Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Rhode Island) who are at least 13 years old as of the date of entry (children under 18 must have consent of their parent/guardian to enter, and parent/guardian must execute any affidavit or other paperwork required hereunder). Void in Rhode Island and anywhere else prohibited by law.

By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official contest rules (the “Rules”). Any violation of the Rules may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor. Any such decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding.

When you enter a contest or other promotion, we may ask you for contact information such as your name, address and e-mail address in order to administer the contest, to send you promotional e-mails, notify winners and make the winners' list publicly available pursuant to certain states' laws. Your consent to such promotional use and disclosure of this information is a condition of your participation. As a condition of receiving any prize, you will be required to submit an Affidavit of Eligibility, for us to ensure that you are eligible to receive the prize according to the Contest Rules. If any section of the outlined Rules is deemed to be invalid or void, all other sections of the Rules will remain valid and in effect.

1. Promotion Period

   • Contest begins on June 21, 2018 at 12AM EST, and ends on July 08, 2018 at 11:59PM (the “Promotion Period”)

2. Eligibility Rules

   • The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding residents of Rhode Island) who are at least 13 years old as of the date of entry.
   • The following people are not eligible for this promotion:
     • Officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor, or any immediate family (e.g. parents, children, siblings, spouse) or individuals residing in the same household of such individuals; and
     • Any party affiliated with the development, administration, or production of the Promotion, or any immediate family (e.g. parents, children, siblings, spouse) or individuals residing in the same household of such individuals.
   • This promotion is void outside of the U.S., and in Rhode Island, and anywhere else prohibited by law.

3. How To Enter

   • Visit the promotion website (summersweepstakes.purehockey.com) during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions found there to complete and submit the entry form.
   • Entries can be submitted both in-store on a certified TSG kiosk or on an individual’s personal computer – odds of winning do not increase based on where you enter.
   • All entries become the property of the Sponsor and shall not be returned.
   • Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during the Promotion Period.

4. Entrant Information

   • All entrant information, including but not limited to email address, name, and mailing address, is subject to the respective privacy policies of the Sponsor at the time of entry.
   • By entering the promotion, you hereby agree to receive emails and other marketing material from the Sponsor, and agree, unless prohibited by law, to have your likeness used in future promotional materials for the Sponsor including but not limited to social media, print, digital, television, email, and other channels after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

   • The Grand Prize winners (outlined in Rule 6) shall be chosen at the discretion of the sponsor from all eligible entries within two weeks of July 08, 2018 (the “Conclusion Date”).
   • Once a contestant has been selected as a grand prize winner, said contestant is ineligible to be selected as a winner for any other prizes during the promotional period.
   • Before a selection is made, the total entry pool will be filtered to eliminate incomplete or ineligible entries, and to ensure that each entrant is present in the final entry pool only once so each entrant has equal odds of winning.
   • Any potential winner will be notified by email. If the potential winner (i) doesn’t respond within 24 hours of the first contact attempt by the Sponsor (this is the date on which the Sponsor is notified that an email was successfully delivered to the potential winner), (ii) fails to return, within five (5) days of preliminary acceptance of the prize awarded to them, complete and accurate paperwork verifying eligibility, (iii) refuses or is unable to accept the prize, and/or (iv) any portion of the prize package is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits all rights to win any Prize Package and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected at the Sponsor discretion following the process in Rule 5a.
   • Once a potential winner has been contacted and successfully completed all required tasks outlined in the Rules included but not limited to the execution of all waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, successful completion of a background check, the potential winner will be declared a winner of the promotion.

6. Prize Package and Redemption Conditions

   • There are a total of 12 grand prizes, listed below:

   • Contents of the Prize Packages are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Sponsor.

7. Prize Package Value

   • The total estimated value of all prizes is equal to $2000.

   • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can be applied to existing credit balances.
   • Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred except by written consent of the Sponsor, who have the right to substitute any portion of the Prize with another prize of comparable value.
   • No portion of the Prize will be replaced if lost, or stolen, or if damaged due to negligence or misuse.
   • Additional restrictions may apply.

8. Taxes

   • Any and all applicable federal, state, and/or local income and other taxes related to the Prize Packages, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Odds of Winning

   • The odds of winning the Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received, which are expected to be no more than 100,000.

10. Consent and Release

    • By entering to win the Promotion, each entrant agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in the Privacy Policies outlined on all websites of both Sponsor.
    • Winners release the Sponsor, their employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the claiming, receipt, possession and or use, misuse, or abuse of any Prize Package. Entrants and/or winners assume liability for injuries caused, or claimed to be caused by participating in the Promotion, or by the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded, including but not limited to claims/damages for personal injury, or property damage.

11. Disclaimers

    • The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or unable to be used for any reason, including but not limited to technological, software, internet, web browser, network, or other issues.
    • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant deemed ineligible for any reason, including but not limited to tampering with entries or attempting to unduly influence or coerce the Sponsor into selecting a specific entry.
    • The values outlined in the Prize Packages represent the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the approximate retail values of the individual components at the time the Rules were written.
    • By entering the Promotion, you agree that TSG can collect and use the content and information described throughout the Rules to help provide, improve, personalize, and measure the effectiveness of our services.

12. Applicable Laws, Choice of Law, and Venue

    • This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning any aspect of the Rules of the Promotion shall be governed in a venue to be determined at the sole and binding discretion of the Sponsor. By entering the Promotion, individuals forfeit any current or future objections to the Sponsor’ choice of venue.

13. Winner List

    • For a list containing the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within six (6) months of the Conclusion Date to: Marketing & Promotions, TSG Enterprises, LLC, 89 Cross St., Holliston, MA 01746

    • This Promotion is sponsored by TSG Enterprises, LLC 89 Cross St. Holliston, MA 01746, and all of its subsidiaries. All inquiries regarding the Promotion should be directed to TSG Enterprises, LLC.
