The Bauer Supreme F30 has a Digi Composite Quarter package and outsole which provides support and thermoforming capabilities. The 40oz Felt tongue with a metatarsal guard provides you with comfort and protection in key areas of the foot.
 
Bauer has equipped this skate with the Lightspeed Edge holder, which features a quick-release trigger system that allows players to swap steel in seconds. This premium feature is typically reserved for top-tier skate models, adding exceptional convenience and value.
 
Inside the boot, Bauer uses memory foam padding paired with a sublimated microfiber liner to enhance comfort and support. Strategically positioned around the ankle, the memory foam conforms to the foot for a secure, comfortable fit, while the microfiber liner provides additional support and a soft feel throughout the skate. Completing the interior is a low-density foam footbed that delivers reliable underfoot support and improved comfort.

SENIOR Hockey Skates
Senior hockey skates are sized to fit adults and full grown teenagers with a Men's US shoe size of 8 or greater.

Intermediate Hockey Skates
Intermediate hockey skates are sized to fit kids in the range of approximately 10 to 13 years old with a US shoe size of 5 to 7.

JUNIOR Hockey Skates
Junior hockey skates are sized to fit kids in the range of approximately 8 to 10 years old with a US shoe size of 2 to 4.5.

YOUTH Hockey Skates
Youth hockey skates are sized to fit toddlers and young children in the age range of approximately 9 years old and younger with a US youth shoe size of 1.5 or smaller.

To find your hockey skate size, it's best to choose skates that are 2.5 to 3 sizes smaller than your women's shoe size. For example, if you wear a women's size 8 shoe, you'd need a size 5 or 5.5 skate.
