Over the last couple of years Bauer has been focused on separating the performance attributes of the Supreme and Vapor skates from an on-ice performance and feel perspective. The new technologies, new materials and different flex points are what will differentiate these skates.

Supreme focuses on power with the lower part of the skate being stiffer to optimize energy transfer and the upper part of the skate being softer allowing for increased mobility. 

Passed down from the Ultrasonic skate is the 3D lasted Curv Composite Quarter package. This enhances support and thermoformability, while keeping the skate very lightweight. The outsole of the M5 Pro skate is made of Composite which allows the skate to maintain its lower stiffness for optimal load and power. 

The 52oz Reflex Classic Pro Felt tongue and Reflex Tendon Guard provide you with a better range of motion and protection against pucks and slashes at the top of the foot.  

Passed down from the 2020 Supreme line is the asymmetrical toe cap. This toe cap design reduces the volume of the skate for an enhanced low-profile fit, while also allowing you to improve your push-off with each stride.

Internally, Bauer uses Aeofoam+ to provide optimal comfort for the ankle, and Lock-Fit lining and footbed to keep your foot dry and locked in place throughout the game. 

The Junior version of the M5 Pro skate offers similar materials as the Senior/Intermediate but includes some key features from the Mach skate to enhance performance for the Junior sized elite player.

All new for the 2022 Bauer Supreme M5 Pro skate is the ability to choose which runner you would like to purchase with your skate. You will have a choice between the Carbonlite, Pulse TI or the Pulse.

Note: Runners will arrive in separate packaging and require simple installation.

Fly-TI Runners

The Fly-TI runners are a direct replacement to the Pulse TI. This steel has a titanium outer coating, increased height and an ultra premium core for better performance and edge retention.

Fly-X Runners

The Fly-X runners are a direct replacement to the Pulse. This steel has a high polished mirror finish, increased height and premium core materials for enhanced on ice glide, and great performance and durability.

Carbonlite Runners

The Carbonlite runners are made from ultra lightweight carbon fiber and are 35% lighter than traditional steel. They also feature increased torsional flex for more acceleration and power in every stride.

Pulse TI Runners

The Pulse TI runners have a titanium outer coating, increased height and a ultra premium core for better performance and edge retention.

Pulse Runners
