Moving to the side, the kidney protection on the Vapor 1X Lite hockey pants uses Hyperlite HD foam with a flare out design. Farther down the pants, Bauer uses Hyperlite HD foam protection in the thigh guards for lightweight protection. The thigh guard has a stretchable leg gusset with hook and loop opening for easy adjustment. You’ll find that these hockey pants are designed to be lighter than previous models and this can be attributed to the use of Aerolite 2.0 hip pads which also have a tapered design.

The Bauer Vapor 1X Lite hockey pants are adjustable thanks to the dual density cover belt, the skate lace closure and side release buckle. These hockey pants have an extension fit of an additional inch for player looking to adjust the length of their hockey pants in a matter of seconds. The shell on the Bauer Vapor 1X Lite hockey pants is made with pro level 840D nylon with overlay.
