Crafted for the elite-level player, the new Bauer Vaper 2XR Pro inline skate is a true performance model with technologies aimed at giving you an edge from the boot to the wheels.
Bauer put a major emphasis on upgrading the boot, utilizing its DYNAFLEX System. This asymmetrical toe cap is engineered to reduce the overall volume of the skate and is ideal for players looking for a low-profile fit. The new toe cap is designed to improve your stride push-off power. Another aspect of the DYNAFLEX System is the Integrated Injected Facing, wrapping the foot and better supporting the player for increased control over the skate.
In addition to the DYNAFLEX System, Bauer’s Aero Foam Pro padding and their Recoil Pro tongue fill out the remainder of the boot. The Aero Foam Pro memory foam wraps the ankle for a personalized fit while also providing high-end comfort and protection; and the dual-injected tongue offers excellent flexibility, allowing you to get low in your skate stride. Also included inside the boot is the Lock-Fit Pro liner, designed to provide moisture-wicking comfort and to keep your foot secured in place for improved striding.
Below the boot, Bauer utilized a composite outsole to support the HI-LO Kryptonium chassis. The frame is designed to give you maximum responsiveness yet remaining lightweight. The HI-LO Kryptonium fits two 76-mm wheels in the front and two 80-mm wheels in the back, giving you an increased attack angle for improved power, speed, and control. The frame also uses HI-LO Swiss bearings to help further maximize your stride.
Moving to the wheels, Bauer has attached the Labeda Addiction to the HI-LO Kryptonium chassis. Built to maximize your grip, these Indoor wheels designed for tile surfaces feature a 76A grip with an outer urethane hardness between 83-86A to give you the pro level grip you need without sacrificing durability.
Bauer has taken all the top technologies they put into their top of the line Vapor ice hockey skates and created a high performance, elite level inline skate. Regardless of your skill level, If you are looking to upgrade your roller game, look no further that the new Bauer Vaper 2XR Pro inline skate.
