Bauer designed the Vapor line with a tapered build that offers a natural, close-to-the-body fit, helping to improve mobility with every movement. In the top-tier FLY-G model, this fit is further refined with the deep fitting knee, delivering a more secure feel for enhanced stability and control.

 

The reinforced X-Lite Shield shin cap delivers excellent mobility and protection so players can maneuver without restriction. To ensure a secure fit, Bauer included an upper strap with a dual anchor calf strap.

 

Bauer incorporates molded foam in the calf that contours around the leg for full coverage. In the thigh area, flexible MD foam is used to deliver coverage in key impact zones. Inside the shin guard, Bauer uses a Thermomax Sub liner to deliver outstanding comfort and mitigate abrasions. Paired with a removable comfort liner, it adds an extra layer of cushioning while staying lightweight thanks to its moisture-wicking properties.
