Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Training, Prepare for a mess So far, we have skated, stick handled and shot from our Synthetic Ice tiles about a dozen times. My son and I are goalies. The surface, for sliding, is great for building strength in the push. The surface, I would equate to the ice at the end of about 45 min of practice...you can slide, but there is a decent amount of resistance. With the skates, we have produced a significant amount of plastic shavings. By sliding with the goalie pads, the static produced keeps the shavings basically stuck on your equipment and clothing. My wife was not thrilled with us using them in the house! So far, we are loving the product, and should probably order more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The tiles are great but order them elsewhere. The tiles themselves are very nive, I got some glide spray and they worked amazng. They look great in 'the cave' that we are building in the basement and they are pratical too. I like the stick handling balls better, but my partner likes the pucks. He got his skates sharpedened recently and they are cutting into the tiles a bit (he's a big dude 6'3 235lbs+), but I have had no issues. I would recoment the tiles themselves. I ordered ten boxes from Pure Hockey, I picked three of them up in store and the rest of them were shipped to me. Two of the shipped boxes were missing tiles and while Pure Hockey said they were getting me the replacement tiles it had been weeks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the price This is our second set of 10 purchased at Pure Hockey. These are great for stickhandling, shooting, and passing. We are slowly stocking up to have a little sheet for our kids. Friction isn’t the same as ice, but we have noticed a huge positive difference between these tiles with real pucks and street picks on smooth concrete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for practicing off ice I used these tiles at my buddy’s house and it was a really cool idea to be able to practice skating and puck handling. I wish they were cheaper though but overall really cool product in my opinion!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fro the Backyard These tiles are exactly as advertised. They provide a great surface for the kids to shoot from. They use real pucks on it and it slides perfectly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Spent about $2k on these, shouldn’t have I have a 20’x20’ area filled with HockeyShot Revolution skateable tiles in my garage. Completely stopped even trying to skate on them because it just feels like you’re using your skates on plastic, really really not like ice at all. Plus the amount of shavings it leaves creates a huge mess whenever you want to practice. Then you need a Sparx to sharpen after 20 mins ... just wasn’t worth it. They’re great for practicing shooting, passing, and stickhandling, but skating not so much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hockey Shot Synthetic tiles The product is great and my kids are continuing to use it instead of the video games. My sons shot has improved In such a short time. Being on skates simulates the same effects and balance as being on the real ice. Two thumbs up! Mike H

Setup 50 tiles on my basement floor which is flat concrete surface covered by a sealant. The tiles move around and are not anchored to the floor. Any recommendations on how to stabilize these?

Asked by: BasementHockeyGuy
HockeyShot makes Puck Stopper edging that helps keep the tiles in place on the floor and keep the pucks in play as well

Website indicates "Not available" for the 18x18" tiles. Is this information accurate to date. I don't want to order now, pay and then wait for an undetermined amount of time for delivery.

Asked by: Bruce71
As of right now, these are in-stock and for sale. No wait for the turnaround on these. If they sell out we will make changes to the website so you're unable to purchase them unless we have them marked as a pre order.

How many square feet are they

Asked by: Anonymous
There are 10 tiles in the box and each tile is 18" by 18". Let's say you use a 5 tile by 2 tile design, that shape would be 22.5 square feet. Thanks!
