When buying a new hockey stick, it’s important to consider several key factors to find the right fit for your skill level and playing style. One of the most important is the kick-point, which can significantly impact your shot and on-ice performance. If you're unsure which kick-point is right for you, or want a personalized recommendation, stop by your local Pure Hockey for expert guidance.

The Energized Velocity Taper (EVT) features an ergonomic shaft design engineered to improve energy transfer for both shooting and passing. Sherwood’s FeatherLite X technology uses a precision-measured, handmade layup process to optimize the stick’s balance point, maximizing power, weight, and feel. PYROFIL carbon fiber, developed by Mitsubishi, further enhances durability and puck feel.

The blade features Blackline XXV carbon fiber, with 25,000 filaments per square inch, to enhance durability while reducing weight. Sherwood’s VR92 technology, incorporating I-92 dampening inlays, strengthens the blade while helping reduce vibration for improved feel when receiving passes and shooting.

The Sherwood Code Encrypt 2 Hockey Stick is an excellent choice for players of varying skill levels who want a versatile stick that performs across all areas of the game. Whether setting up teammates with precise passes or creating scoring chances with a quick, powerful release, the Encrypt 2 delivers a dependable combination of shooting performance, durability, and puck control.
