Can these panels withstand weather elements? (rain, snow)

Wouldn't recommend it for ideal use. I would believe they would be okay but they are not exactly designed for that type of use. Thanks!

How thick are the panels?

Are you able to slide with your skates and if so does it shave the surface?

Its not exactly like ice but its the closest you can get. Small shavings will happen as did the one we had set up at the office.
