A: In September of 2015, Pure Hockey acquired Hockey Giant’s retail stores and website. Since that time, Hockey Giant stores were rebranded as Pure Hockey stores, but HockeyGiant.com operated as a separate website – until now. Over the past few months, we’ve been combining two great websites into one to provide the best online shopping experience in the industry. A: Your HockeyGiant account will no longer be accessible if it was not converted/linked to a Pure Hockey account between 5/15/2019 & 7/9/2019. You can
create a new Pure Hockey Account and start earning rewards on all purchases today!

A: Unfortunately, you won’t have access to previous HG purchases once you activate your new PH account and the merge is complete. Customer Service will be happy to review your prior purchases if you need information for a warranty issue, sizing, or anything else. No, not at all. Your HockeyGiant order will be processed and fulfilled in the same fashion you have come to expect.
Q: Are any of the return policies, warranties, or other purchase guarantees affected by this change?
A: No. We will stand behind all current HockeyGiant policies you are familiar with. After the change is made, Pure Hockey will still honor all eligible warranties, returns, and other relevant purchase guarantees from purchases made on HockeyGiant.
Q: How will I return an eligible HockeyGiant purchase after the sites have been joined?
A: You can make
returns as you normally would. Simply use the return label that came with your package(s), and re-purchase what you need through purehockey.com.
