To compliment this, the removeable liner provides comfort and helps absorb impact away from the joint and shin. For protection, Bauer designed this shin guard to have full calf coverage with MD foam in the thigh guard.

The MACH youth shin guard also includes a top-end strapping system. Bauer uses a dual Comfort Lock strap at the top and bottom to secure the shin guard to your leg, maximizing its protective and performance benefits.
