Back and better than ever, the Bauer Vapor 1X GripTac hockey stick features with some serious upgrades from its last iteration. The most notable of which comes from Bauer's improved design process where they were able to enhance the durability of the shaft by 30 percent while also somehow cutting its overall weight in the process!

The key to the Vapor 1X is in the QRT (Quick Release Taper) Technology. The new, more aggressive, taper design is built to optimized the load and recoil energy in the shaft, allowing players to get their shot off that much faster making it the ultimate in Vapor sticks thus far. Bauer's other elite technologies make their return with the Vapor 1X as well, with their improved Aero-sense Core II blade that enhances the sticks performance, playability, and durability by more efficiently absorbing impacts. The improvements to this tech cut weight and improved the balance of the stick in process while also combining with their Pure Shot Blade Profile enhancing the torsional stability of the blade for truer shots and sauce. Their Microfeel II profile Monocomp construction represent the technology in the shaft of the stick. Monocomp technology means Bauer molded the Vapor 1X is a single piece, resulting in a more consistent result, truer profile, better energy transfer, and a more durable shaft as a whole. Micro Feel II refers to the unique rounded corners/double concave wall combo found in the Vapor line, which allows players a more complete grip on the stick providing a better basis for dangles and quick release shots.
