The CCM Ribcor Trigger 4 Pro hockey stick is designed to give you a quick release, with many high-end technologies to help improve your overall on-ice performance.
  • Optimized low-kick point for a faster release
  • X-Flow shaft technology for improved consistency
  • Ergonomic shaft design for enhanced comfort and control
  • Agility Blade for increased accuracy
  • Sigmatex material for high-end structural strength
When choosing a new stick, it is important to place an initial focus on kick point. Finding the kick point that matches your style of play will help enhance your shooting and have a positive impact on your on-ice performance. If you’re unsure which kick point is best for you, or you’re looking for an accurate assessment, visit your local Pure Hockey store.

CCM optimizes the low-kick point design in the Trigger 4 Pro, using their unique Ribcor Asymmetric taper. This taper construction features a concave front side to promote more flexural speed, and a rounded concave back side to maximize torsional stiffness for greater accuracy and control. And with a soft taper area and optimal vertical flex, this low-kick design maximizes ease of loading for CCM’s quickest release yet. To complement this innovative kick point construction, CCM includes some key shaft features in the Trigger 4 Pro, like X-Flow technology, an advanced molding process that eliminates excess resin and voids for improved shaft quality. With this technology, CCM can produce a stick that is lightweight, durable, and extremely consistent when shooting, passing, and stickhandling.

Another technology, which is an upgrade from the previous generation’s shaft design, is the all new ergonomic shaft geometry. CCM uses a different design in each section of the shaft - the top-shaft has a rounded concave shape for increased comfort and control; the mid-shaft has a rounded convex back side combined with a square-cornered concave front for maximum dexterity; and the low-shaft has a concave front and rounded concave back, combining to offer a quick release and maximum accuracy.

The Trigger 4 Pro features CCM’s new Agility Blade. This new advanced thin profile allows linear flex to occur, enhancing the quick release while maintaining the torsional stiffness required for top-end accuracy. The Agility Blade is both soft and stiff, proving to be a great combination for a player who wants to fire off quick, powerful shots.

For the stick material, CCM includes their top-of-the-line Sigmatex technology. This high-performance spread tow fabric features an innovative weaving process that provides lightweight strength and resilience, giving you the feel you want and the structural strength you need from an elite stick.
The CCM Ribcor Trigger 4 Pro is built to keep up with the speed of today’s game, and is an excellent low-kick option for the players who most often take quick motion shots and prefer release speed over power.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Notices the difference Purchased this stick for my son as a Christmas gift. Pretty pricey but he loves it and I have seen a tremendous improvement in his shot. He’s committed on the grip, curve, and the flex. He can’t be happier with it and notices a big difference compared to his other sticks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features and technology I bought this stick over a month ago, and I use it in every game and practice.I am 15 years old and jv hockey. The stick has not shown any signs of breaking. The kick point allows for such great release, its very quick when it comes to the release. I used a 75 flex and P28 for a curve. I have never had any doubts. I love this stick. I would highly recommend the Ribcor.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sorry to say Unfortunately the stick broke on the very first shift my son used it. We paid $279.00 for the stick. You would have thought it would have lasted at a game.

We would suggest the junior size stick. The intermediate would be too tall at this point. Thanks!

Which pattern do you recommend, the   P28 or the P29?

Asked by: Top chedz all day
It all comes down to player preference when selecting your curve. There is no best, all-around curve but some curves work better for certain players. I personally like the P29 and it suites my playstyle very well. I like the ability to get the puck up quickly and I can still use my backhand very well. The P28 is growing in popularity but it's a little bigger of a curve so it can take some getting used to. If you can test out both that would be awesome! My suggestion would be the P29 but without knowing you as a player I can't make an accurate suggestion for you. Thanks!
