The Pro pants feature an anatomical shield design paired with Flex Motion technology to deliver a more natural fit and enhanced mobility. Protection is elevated with D3O inserts in the hip and back areas, providing advanced impact management without compromising comfort. Under normal conditions, D3O remains soft and flexible, allowing the pants to move naturally with the player. Upon impact from collisions, falls, or blocked shots, the material instantly stiffens to absorb and disperse energy. The greater the force of the impact, the harder D3O works, delivering elite-level protection when it's needed most.

 

Protection through the back is enhanced by a redesigned floating spine, which delivers reliable, pro-level coverage in a key impact area. Additional HD foam adds another layer of protection and support, while the kidneys are shielded by molded PE construction with plastic inserts in the lower back. Rounding out the design is a sublimated comfort liner that helps manage moisture by absorbing sweat, keeping players light, dry, and comfortable throughout the game.

 

In the thigh area, CCM utilizes a floating molded PE plastic paired with HD foam to enhance impact absorption and protection. The floating design allows the caps to move naturally with the player, maintaining consistent coverage while delivering a fit that feels like an extension of the body.

 

To help players stay comfortable throughout the game, the Tacks Pro pants feature CCM's AER-TEC ventilation system. This advanced airflow technology promotes breathability and moisture management, helping keep the body cool and dry so players can stay focused and perform at their best every shift.

 

The Tacks Pro is built with a pro-cut shell constructed from durable 400D nylon, reducing overall weight while maximizing wear resistance. Reinforced side panels provide added durability in high-abrasion areas, ensuring long-lasting performance. For a more customized fit, CCM's integrated belting system offers extensive adjustability, including a stabilized belly pad and a length-adjusting zipper with a 1-inch extension. Together, these features allow players to fine-tune both fit and coverage for elite-level comfort and protection.
