At the core of the Nitro is TRUE’s patented IBP 3D Injected Frame Technology, engineered to provide comprehensive protection while maintaining a streamlined, lightweight feel. Hybrid polypropylene/EVA protection reinforces critical impact zones, including the spine and kidneys, while co-molded polypropylene and EPP hybrid protection in the thigh and hip areas provides impact coverage while helping reduce overall weight.

 

An essential part of the patented IBP technology is the customized protective component and its hybrid structure. Each component is built of two distinct elements combined to deliver superior properties. The PP injected frame is designed to be ventilated and use less material, while its structural and reinforced geometry distributes the impact.

 

The Nitro is designed for a secure, customizable fit. An inner belt with skate-lace closure helps lock the pants comfortably in place, while the 2-inch extendable length allows players to fine-tune the fit to their preference. The zippers on the inside of the legs make adjustments quick and easy, adding versatility to the overall design.
