The Warrior Novium 2 Pro Hockey stick has arrived and is the newest installment of Warrior’s top of the line mid-kick model. This addition to the Warrior stick line-up continues to build off their other high-end models with some key upgrades.

The Bevel Taper, inherited from the previous generation Novium stick, features V-shaped side walls that help reduce weight and facilitate easier loading. This design enhances stiffness through the taper, which increases control and improves shot velocity.
In the shaft of the Novium 2 Pro uses Minimus Carbon 25. This carbon weave is a flat, spread-tow material that optimizes strength by reducing fiber crimp and deformation in the composite layering. Although this carbon weave is thin and lightweight, it is extremely strong.
Brand new to this stick is the PL 188 construction. This lightweight design surpasses Warrior’s lightest and strongest stick construction to date. They took their highest-grade construction and added higher strength fibers which are an incredible 40% higher in modulus and tensile to achieve a lightweight and unmatched response.
In the blade, Warrior uses their FuelCore Ultra construction, which has been used in previous models. The polymer blade core is reinforced with a proprietary rib design and wrapped with high-grade carbon fiber. The lightweight polymer blade optimizes puck feel and provides pop for shooting. Warrior also included Minimus Carbon 25 weave around the core, making the blade more responsive.
